What to Expect

At Embrace we always aim to provide the best care possible to our clientele. Right now on top of top-notch treatment, we are also following all the AHS guidelines for safe practice regarding the COVID-19 Pandemic.
Below is a quick outline as to how we are following these and what you can expect at your appointment!

~ We ensure that all surfaces are fully cleaned and disinfected at the beginning and end of each day and between each patient.
~ We will be wearing the proper personal protective equipment – so expect to see us in masks at all times.
~ We ask that all of our patients bring a mask – please bring this with you to your appointment and be prepared to wear it properly throughout your appointment.
~ We ask that you wait in your car until your appointment time and we will then meet you at the main doors.
~ We will meet you at the main doors and ask you COVID-19 screening questions (should you have any symptoms we will ask you reschedule your appointment – at no late cancel charge).
~ We will get you to wash your hands and/or use hand sanitizer when entering the treatment space.
~ If you have and symptoms as outlined by AHS we ask you cancel your appointment and reschedule.

As annoying as the masks or some of these guidelines can be, we ask that you please respect and follow them.
They are meant to keep you, your family and our practitioners safe and healthy!

Thank you for your understanding and we can’t wait to see you in our new space!

If you have any questions – please reach out and we will be happy to discuss further with you!
