If I was to write this review using only one word - it would be "perfection". Lindsay at Embrace Wellness patiently listened to my concerns and was able to address each issue promptly and correctly. After two appointments and treatments, my pain is completely gone. She explained everything clearly to allow me to understand why I was experiencing the pain and discomfort that had been occurring for 2 months. Embrace Wellness is worth the drive from Calgary - trust me! Thank you Lindsay!!

My gf was quite impressed. Also got in on very short notice.
Nicole is an absolute GODDESS! I kid you not, my entire life is absolutely changed for the better! I have gotten a couple of prenatal massages from her and have already booked more. I can’t believe I waited so long! If you’re looking for a LIFE CHANGING MASSEUSE, I HIGHLY recommend Nicole. She is so personal and really knows what she’s doing!

Lindsay is amazing! I have been visiting her during my pregnancy. I was suffering from major pelvic pain in my 2nd trimester and she fixed me! She is determined to make you feel better, which I can attest that she did. I walk out of her appointments feeling better immediately. I cannot recommend her enough. I am so grateful for her and her amazing knowledge and care. I also received a prenatal massage from Chantal and it was the best prenatal massage I’ve had so far. Thank you ladies so much for your amazing care and attention.

Awesome booking process, billing, and great service.
I have had lower back issues most of my life and Sciatica for several years. I work labor-intensive jobs, and since I have been going to massage therapy and osteotherapy adjustments with Chantal Harrison the past few years, I finally feel that I am getting the treatment I need. I feel like a new person, fully healed and relaxed after each session. She is professional, kind, and personable. She always identifies the problem muscles and joints and demonstrates the skill to alleviate the pain and tension. Thank you kindly for your amazing services!

Chiropractic Care

Most often, the word “chiropractic” is associated with the spinal adjustment. While this is often true, the root of the word chiropractic, means “by hand”, which is a great description of what you will find at Embrace, since chiropractic is so much more than the adjustment.

Chiropractors combine their in-depth knowledge of the body with specialized hands-on clinical skills to assess, diagnose, and treat neuromusculoskeletal conditions- or in laymen terms injuries affecting nerves, muscles, and joints. Your treatment will be tailored to your unique needs and goals. Each treatment will likely consist of some combination of chiropractic adjustments, soft tissue therapies such as Active Release or Instrument Assisted Soft Tissue Therapy, movement re-education, and home exercises when indicated.

Massage Therapy

Massage is typically considered part of integrative and complementary rehabilitation. It is increasingly popular and offered as standard treatment for a large variety of medical conditions. Studies of massage benefits conclude that it is an effective way of reducing pain, stress, and muscle tension.

We also offer Pre-Natal Massages and have a Pregnancy table available for all massages.

Recovery and Performance

These appointments are meant for current patients of Embrace who have received the proper instruction & clearance for use.

Our Recovery Station is meant to assist in recovery, maintaining and improving performance and overall wellbeing. We offer use of NormaTec Pulse Pro 2.0 compression boots, massage gun, foam roller & mobility aid.

Compression therapy is a non-invasive modality proven to assist with increasing circulation and range of motion, relaxation & recovery. Reduce pain and soreness, boost pressure to pain threshold and clear muscle cell metabolites from the limbs after physical activity.

If you are not a current patient or have not been assessed appropriately and instructed on use of modalities – book an initial assessment (new patients) or treatment with recovery (current patient) with Dr Zach or Jessie.
